Leicester Drones has introduced a new DJI Repair Management Service for damaged, broken and crashed DJI drones.
If your drone needs repairing, @LeicesterDrones can handle the whole process for you.
They will collect the drone from you directly and arrange everything with DJI’s UK repair centre on your behalf.
Once your drone has been assessed, you will receive a quotation for the repair. If you choose to proceed, Leicester Drones will send you an online payment link, manage the repair process from start to finish, and return your drone to you once repaired.
One of the main benefits of this service is that the repair is carried out by DJI themselves, with access to the correct parts, specialist tools, and any firmware updates required.
Just as importantly, you do not have to deal with the complexity of the repair process on your own.
Rather than trying to navigate the process through apps, online forms, automated systems and uncertain communication, you have the reassurance of a trusted, friendly UK-based team managing everything for you.
Leicester Drones is only ever a phone call or message away, giving you a single point of contact throughout and making the whole process simpler, clearer and far less stressful.
The managed service costs £75.00 and is an ideal option for anyone who does not have DJI Care Refresh cover on their drone.
