Land owner permission not required.
Leith Hill is the highest point in Surrey at 294m AOD.
Easy to avoid other aircraft but you will need help from others to avoid proximity and overflight of people. You may also have to walk around, including up steep paths, to keep VLOS and good shots.
Why land owner permission not required? I TOAL from a public highway (Surrey County Council) NT byelwas about overflying are unenforceable. I did not TOAL from NT land. Not sure about VLOS from Wotton Estate Land.
Parking nearby. Nearest bus stop with any real service about 1hr 30 minutes away, map needed.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 27/08/2021. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
