I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

The Abbey ruins are in Abbey Woods. Easy parking and TOAL , the ruins are well worth exploring

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 14/04/2024. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

I asked the owners of this site if I could fly mybdrone over Lesnes Abbey and was told that I could not.

Who did you ask? Is it not council-owned land?
