Best place to take a picture of the Cathedral is from the Memorial garden next to the bridge. You can take an orbital video and maintain VLOS (as I always do of course).
I took some footage from there and Beacon Park across the road last month but waiting for them to complete the centre steeple repairs before I finish it off.
