I can’t get LiftOff simulator (running on STEAM) to recognise my TX
I’ve set up a model “Lift Off” with TAER weights, offsets, expos set as per YT video
Disabled gamepad configuration in STEAM
Updated the software, so I’m on the latest.
Anybody using LiftOff on a X9D+ who can give me some points as to what I’m doing wrong?
Have you looked in your device manager to see what Windows identified the Taranis as? Even though you will have selected Joystick on the Taranis when you plugged the USB cable into it there’s a good chance Windows may have decided it’s something else.
Thanks all for your advice. @anon34183503 James, it was the the driver issue (I’m on WIN10) and your link to how to update to the correct drive was the solution.
Strangely enough, whilst I know that all my USB ports work and are powered, (unlike my works laptop on which I have killed the 5v on two of them ) the port I originally used, an SS, would not see the input. I had to move it to another, 2.0, to get it recognised.
