Timelapses work well with traffic lights. Or shoot video and speed up 5 to 10 times in your video editor.
No doubt…but some nice moving car lights wouldnt go amiss. 
I’ll give it a go sometime. 
Very nice, inspiring! One suggestion, try to “lift” the centre of the roundabout to give a little more detail in the trees, perhaps just open up the shadows.
