Llandudno - Added to Beaches and Seaside Resorts in Wales

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

Llandudno, the Queen of Welsh resorts, is easily accessible by rail or bus. There are loads of places to get food or drink and many places to stay for those planning to stay longer.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 16/08/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

I want to fly here @Edison, but there are no parking or take off and landing markers. Would you be able to add some to the map please?

Could you add parking and take-off markers :slightly_smiling_face:

I have added a couple of markers where I have taken off and landed, though I am sure you could take of and land anywhere along the north shore promenade (taking in to account how busy it is on any given day,) The two I have used are the promenade just by the jetty where the boat trips go from, and from the seaward end of the pier.

I know a few more suitable places for take off and landing but won’t add them until I have actually tried them out.

I will leave car parking for someone else; I haven’t driven since 2004. My drone trips are all by bus or train.
