I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:
Easy walking on paths by the river Esk , even seats to relax on while flying.
Good views of the river bridge and the town of Longtown.
There are some power cables crossing the river so make yourself aware and keep away.
The photo l included was from approx 375 ft in near perfect weather.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 10/04/2025. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location. Landowner permission may be required before taking off.
