Update, it worked amazingly well. Very high wind but the 2.5oz weight at the bottom held the line firm to keep it away from the rotors. The little yellow bobbin helped me keep the spinner about 10ft deep. Unfortunately, no bites!!
If I can find somwhere with reliable mackerel stock this will work.

I didnt record any of the fishing attempt as I forgot the sd cardā¦ would have been worse if I had caught a fish.
But here is a little clip of the drone up with the whole rig in 20mph wind just to prove I did it
