Makto Drones... a new manufacturer on me

Just come across this post showing a quick video and images of a hand laid carbon fibre drone build. In one comment the author suggests they would start well north of £10K.

https://makto.com/ - a South African drone company. Not much info on the website bit have attached an image (screen grab from FB post) for drooling over

For those on FB a post link is: Redirecting...

It’s a lot bigger than the DJI camera series!

And has a flight time of 82 minutes.

Foldable arms.

@ScubaDiver Not sure what you mean Nigel @; are you asking are they foldable, or is it a statement of a difference to the normal folding arms?

Reminds me a bit of the 3dr solo

Yes… without it’s knobhead!

The Karma’s weren’t foldable, the Makto’s are.

The one I had definitely was foldable.

Casey’s take on it.

I was lucky (wrong word) enough to be on the review panel for the Karma, glad when they asked for it back.

You’re absolutely correct. Memory not what it was, I was thinking of the 3D Robotics Solo.[quote=“milkmanchris, post:13, topic:71146, full:true”]
