Man arrested after people hit by drone at carnival

I made reasonable assumptions and expressed opinions, this is a forum. I’d be very surprised if he was using lights, though there is no legal necessity for this and I never said there was, only that he would likely not be using them in order to do his dirty deed unseen.

That he was illegally (and most probably knowingly illegally) flying over a crowd is a reasonable assumption given that he hit two of them. Possibly (albeit in my opinion unlikely, other opinions are available some of which have been expressed) ran out of battery or some other drone malfunction rather than malicious flying, but he still shouldn’t have been overflying the crowd.

You have no idea if he was trying to fly covertly or not. I have no idea why you keep trying to labour this point.

PC Plod have released him pending investigation.

However, I bet nothing happens, look how many scrotes, who are caught with zombie knives and pockets full of drugs, get off scott free because the CPS won’t allow the police force to charge the offender.

It’s the CPS that are making our country a place for criminals :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Oh I assumed you meant land owned by the King!
