Martinsell Hill - misty sunrise

First time out with the drone for a while - i picked a nice day for it

Martinsell Hill is Wiltshire’s 3rd highest point and rises to 290m over the Marlborough Downs and commands views of the Vale of Pewsey below. At its summit can be seen the remains of an Iron Age hillfort of 32 acres (13 ha) with a clearly visible bank and ditch system. On its flank are the remains of a medieval field system

Is this you? On the right of the picture

Nope. I had to TOAL from the bottom of the hill this time. Sunrise was rapidly.approaching and i couldnt get past a particularly aggresive herd of cows and bullocks that tracked me for a good 15 minutes - never had that before!

Wasnt sure i’d get the altitude for the shot at below 120 metres but did the best i could before the sun got.to high in the sky

Cows (particularly heifers) can be scary, there has been a few fatalities where ramblers have been squished by inquisitive cows.

I always look for the drone operator in images. 360 degree ones are easiest to spot them ( i think)

Great image by the way!
