Mavic 2 pro active track

I took my lad for his first taste of mountain biking yesterday. obviously took the mavic to film him.
I had the controller set up on the handle bars of my bike as i followed him.
Not such a good idea. Well it was but i need a better mount as the one i was using snapped the controller and phone dropped to the ground and i rode over it. :scream: luckily no damage. but i stopped filming to check it out.

Great tracking and looks like the perfect location for it too!

Shame the phone dropped would of been awesome to of had some orbit tracking and profile tracking too.:ok_hand:t4:

Have to agree Steve. Not something I have tried yet, but it looks interesting.

Nice video @stevesb

Nice. It’s been a while since I’ve been up Farleton Knott & it’s reminded me how nice it is up there. Don’t recall such a wide path mind so they must have a ranger in place keeping it tidy
The active track 2.0 on the Mavic2 is cracking. I wonder how much better AT3.0 on an Air2 really is - might just need to go do some Googling 2.0 vs 3.0 now.
Glad your controller & phone are ok, sounds like you were lucky. :+1:

Cheers Mark. @MTLakes

Might be a fuddy duddy type question - but where’s his helmet? Them there rocks are pretty hard and can do serious damage. Ask Michael Schumacher!
