Additional notes:
This is a bit of a rush job. Following the last meetup in Alexandra Park a few days ago some of us are returning to try and retrieve a drone that didn't make it back.

So there is the attempt at retrieval from the tidal waters of Tipner Lake to watch / participate in as well as all the delights that we discovered last time we were there - wrecked ship, Jack Star, sails of the South, large flat area of playing field and attractive water features.

There are some benches between the running track and the sea wall that provide a good place to sit and to take off from. Enlarge the map to see exactly where.

Parking free up to four hours. Toilets and Cafe on site.

I’ve just got in from work and heading to bed now. If I wake up in time I will be there. The bad news is I’m expecting a Special Delivery parcel which must be signed for with a delivery time before 1pm…which means I’m going to be woken up by the doorbell at some point this morning which will interrupt my sleep…so no promises on my attendance on this one…as much as I would love to be part of the ensuing shenanigans! :sleeping_face:
