@bryand all the markers on the map provide very clear instructions, showing where to meet and where to take off from.
Was there nobody at any of the marker points on the map?
Albeit too late now if you’ve left, but as above, posting here would have seen you get a quick reply and find everyone.

That’s a shame. Written instructions wouldn’t have helped either then as they’d have only echoed what the map markers said 
Well, if you do head out to another one Bryan and can’t find anyone again, be sure to post on the forum thread and someone will post an update for you

The flying spot was literally 5 mins from the clubhouse

Apologies, if my instructions were not clear enough.
I would usually add what3words coordinates too, but on this occasion I forgot to add them.
Myself, @DodgerFPV @Robinhood @R4MP4GE_fpv @PaulWalters were all sat at the location marked with the handshake icon by no later than 0935hrs.
If you’d have parked in the main car park, it was a short 100-200m walk along the pathway highlighted in yellow.
My Mini, Paul’s van & Ian’s car was parked where the red dot 
is and we walked along the other pathway marked on yellow.
Shame you missed a good days flying
No need, Drone Scene adds them to each meetup automatically 
It also adds what3words (and co-ordinates) to every single individual marker on the meetup map too 
Guess who didn’t have his SD card with him
I did offer to give (lend) you one, but it was too BIG and you couldn’t handle it 
I’m referring to the SD card.

A Short I made from today’s Meetup Thanks @TheBinman
The main car park was full of golfers by the time I arrived so I was in the overflow car park and searched to the south and east of you. I know how awkward it is to place those icons precisely, and they cover a huge ground area at this scale so I didn’t have much faith in their positioning. Some text directions would have helped.
I also parked in the same car park.
The icon is actually very accurate and is exactly where the guys were
I cant see one small enough in that lot
