Any difference in handling or efficiency at all?

I’m not sure yet. I think looks better, more like a plane. But with 2 pullers you can have differential thrust, so it can yaw better. Sort of an extra degree of movement at your disposal, as the rudders on planes have little authority I’ve found, but do give nice roll effects if applied the opposite way. Sort of a drift roll.
There was a guy who put edf motors on a talon. Looks real nice. Like a proper passenger jet, but has a short flight time.
