So this doesnt look right…
Its an HGLRC M100 mini, and a Speedybee F405 wing.
I’m only using one edge of the socket as I dont need the SCL or SDA DJI stuff.
But it seems that EVERY wire is in the wrong place - or am I missing something?

Yeah you’ll need to de pin and re order the JST connector to suit your needs.
get a pair of needle tweezers or an X-acto knife blade to lift the tabs up and pull the wire out then re order the wires and push them back in. its a fiddly process but thats what needs doing 
Or you could de solder and re solder the wires (ignoring the colours of the wires) but I don’t recommend doing that
Or better still, use the wire that comes with the F405Wing and just de pin the last 2 wires (or cut them off). Then solder the remaining 4 wires to the gps in the correct order. This would be the way I would do it
