Morecambe’s decided to brighten up winter with Baylight, 17 artworks along a stetch of the promenade and a parade (= crowd?) on Friday 17th. They’ve added a NOTAM warning of laser use but no other restrictions in place (yet). Could be worth a flight.
High tides are 750pm on the 16th, 9pm 17th and 957pm 18th, with the right weather could be a good combination with the artworks.
