im not having much luck here its 3.08GB lol
Do you have Google Drive or MS OneDrive with a larger allowance?
No until i just put dropbox on comp i never had any file sharing apps
how would i PM you your profile is hidden
Ah - yes - forgot I was playing with that. Un-hidden.
There’s also this site that should allow free transfer of larger files - up to 20GB, apparently.
Did you stop recording before you turned off the Mini? If not, and this is worth trying anyway, put the card back in the Mini. Turn on, wait until it’s fired up, turn off and check the video again. No need to connect to controller, etc.
Well known Mini “bug”.
Lmao No way I’ve already formatted my usb. Although I think I’ve still got it on Comp. Would I be able to put the copy back on to SD and then put it back in the Mini.
Give it a try, can’t be any worse than you are now. If you hadn’t done anything to the card, on startup the mini closes the last video. It does this whether or not it was recording when you turned it off. You’ll see this because the date & time stamp of what was the last video file will be the date & time it was next turned on.
It might do it if your video is the only file on the card. Otherwise you’ll need to try the file fix.
Tried all the tools in my video-file recovery box on a copy of the file - no joy at all.
One claimed there were over 100 audio tracks.
Looking at the file in detail - data that should be at the start of the file was totally missing.
I put it back on the SD but it didn’t work.
I shall just have to go back up there again.
Lessons have been learnt.
Thanks for your help guys much appreciated.
Sorry to hear it didn’t work. DJI should move whatever it does on startup to the shutdown process then we wouldn’t be having these conversations
Well Yeah you’d think so. Hopefully I won’t be making the same mistake again:crossed_fingers:
