Hi
Do we have any Irish members here or anybody who has info on this subject. MySRS (My Safety Regulation System) The IAA Irish Aviation Authority have informed me I need to download there new app I am going in circles trying to retrieve numbers to add to their log in box. .

Are you talking about 2FA? because that’s what’s required to log into your account.

The IAA don’t have an App as such. I’ve always logged in via here :backhand_index_pointing_down:

My renewal is due in Jan. Will sort it out then. :thinking:

There’s nothing to sort as in website wise. :slightly_smiling_face: I renewed mine last week and I logged in perfectly using their standard 2FA.

Had the same problem , my authenticator app was deleted so i can’t get the damn numbers and the non authenticator option involves me remembering numbers i used ages ago so only choice left was to email them so now waiting for a response

Thats why I’m waiting for Jan, just going to add another 2 yrs. :grin:

I had an issue when I changed phones. I emailed them and they replied in less than 4 days with a removal of the 2FA until I set it up again.

So to do that you first need for them to remove the 2FA, then in your accounts settings there is an option to disable it for future use.

I use Authy app for MySRS you need to go to settings under DEVICES - Allow multi-device and it generally pick up new phone when you enter your email

I just used my android phone to login to MySRS account with Authenticator. No issues, and my renewal isn’t until May 26. Bonus! :grin:
