Neidpath Castle Peebles Scottish Borders

When approaching Peebles from the West on the A72 I briefly caught sight through the trees of a Scottish flag flying on what looked like a tall stone tower. I pulled into a layby and hand launched from the verge of the road and flew into the river valley between the trees and grabbed this image which I later researched and found it to be a medieval stronghold called Neidpath Castle overlooking the river Tweed, steeped in history dating back to 1263-1266 it is now a popular wedding venue.
