New DJI Firmware today

There have been some firmware updates for controllers and some drones. I saw some videos on YT about DJI firmware updates. I’ve just updated my RC 2 controller. Check whether you have any updates pending before you fly next. :wink:

The Google AI said this;

The latest firmware and app updates vary depending on your specific device. The DJI Fly App is currently at v1.21.4 for recent models like the DJI Neo 2, while the DJI Mini 5 Pro and DJI Mavic 4 Pro run aircraft-specific firmware versions (e.g., v01.00.0600).

Here is an overview of the latest features and fixes:

  • DJI Neo 2: App version 1.21.4 introduced new flight modes including Helix and highlight slow-motion capabilities.
  • Mavic 4 Pro & Mini 5 Pro: Recent spring firmware updates brought optimized battery experience, improved stability, and support across the controller ecosystem (RC 2, RC-N2, and RC-N3).
  • DJI Fly App v1.21.0: Added support for newer drones, optimized height descending speeds, and fixed known connectivity lags for controllers.

If you was on here yesterday you would have seen them. @PingSpike or @sparkyFPV are usually on top of them.
Just search “Firmware Updates”

Apologies if it had already been posted, but I didn’t see it.

And if I search for “Firmware Updates”, I see posts from 2020, 2022 etc

I’m new here, and it is not the easiest site to navigate. Just takes time to get used to it.
