I have to say that I have bittersweet thoughts about the development, new houses are needed - though whether £400k houses are needed in Partington is another thing - and I am grateful for the increases it is putting on our own house price, but at the cost of the wonderful nature and walking area that was buldozed in order to provide the space for these houses… I guess we each have to make our own minds up as to whether the benefits outweigh the negatives…
