I agree care refresh is great, but not for a second hand drone, they make you jump through hoops to prove it is working and not damaged
An hour of hoop jumping isnāt too bad, and you only have to do it once

Thanks for getting back to me, I was not sure that DJI did insurance (care fresh) that is what I was after really, I will look into see if they will cover, the drone is in great condition.

I went with Moonrock insurance (for 2nd hand mini4 pro). Good price and GASC members get discount.
Silver and gold members also get discounts with this one
What discount, I cannot find it, so ended up going back with Coverdrone, but they also do monthly cover?
I saw that this morning, I thought it was for Public Liability, so which one do I select?
Surely it has to be more expensive than £29.95 a year or have I missed something?
Where is this on that site?
They do not do drone insurance anymore, they only do Public Liability, I have just rung them to find out, may as well stay with Coverdrone

Iāve searched for the Moonrock one and for the life of me canāt find it but I definitely got a GADC discount. Iām sure @PingSpike will know where to locate the info.
@PingSpike Iām sure Iāve seen a list or a table of all the discounts but I couldnāt find that either just the recent announcements. Am I mistaken?

Upon checking, you are still eligible to purchase the DJI Care Refresh plan for your device. However, since the current DJI Care Refresh plan has expired more than 15 days time, you will need to send a video verification showing that the drone is in 100% good condition.
Kindly note that the video verification process does not require drone takeoff.
Before shooting the live screen capture, please pay attention to the instructions below:
Please make sure the aircraft, remote controller, and mobile device are connected.
Please record the video in an environment where the GPS signal is strong.
DO NOT edit your video.
Video Verification Process:
Please refer the FIVE steps of attached PDF file to finish the video verification process. You may also watch DJI Care Video Verification Tutorial Guidance through link https://service.dji.com/djicare/customerupload?lang=en if the PDF file cannot be opened.
After video recorded, please refer the āNoteā below to upload the video and send the video verification link directly to this email so that we can provide you with immediate feedback.
Note:
Kindly be guided that the video should contain all the following guidelines as attachment required(steps required in video). Also, you can upload it to Google Drive or DropBox and please make sure to set the settings to Public so we can evaluate your video.
