I had to burn some batteries to test my charging rig in the car so Sunday morning had a practice in manual around some subways near us.
Gotta say, the flight towards the subway entrance made me brick it a bitš±, it aināt like itās a soft tree that you crack, itās bloody solid. Same with the road signš¤£. I got there in the end.
Ive played around there quite a lot, but only once before in manual in Feb I think. So I do know the area, but it still doesnāt stop squeaky bum time when Iām entering them subways
On a 60 ah starter battery it took 4.5 hrs using the 46 w output of the Inverter, to charge 4 Avata batteries. Which ended in 50 pc, or there abouts, of the battery left.
Not astounding, but it kind of gives me an idea of what I need to buy.
Iām off to North Wales this weekend to test out the CamperRav set up, awning included, so Iāll get a better idea of what I can run and what I can charge over 1 night
Sounds goodš. Thatās literally all I want and was probably looking at doing a parallel set up meself after getting out of lazy mode and looking into it.
Now Iāve gotta get into the maths part of it, like what youāve done above. Should be sweet once doneš
Thatās some going off your cheapo set upš. Even at 50 pc of those values your doing good, youāll get around 5hrs of Avata recharge, canāt see you needing that so youāve got battery power to spare for other stuff if Iām correct.
Like I say, Iām off testing the camping set up this weekend, thatās including the power so hopefully Iāll get an idea and then x 2 for if Iām planning 2 nights out. And finally I should be able to work out what capacity batteries I need, probably same as yours or 2 x 60ah or whatever.
I take it your baterries are starters going off you not going below 50pc?
