New Toy? - OSMO Pocket3

Gullible as ever, I fell for all the influencer hype around the new Pocket 3 and got one. Having played for a few days it’s actually pretty damn good, so here’s my first You Tube offering about it.

Excellent video, I recently purchased the Osmo 6 mobile, but I’m beginning to wish I’d gone for the Osmo pocket 3. Although I think my finance manager (SWMBO) might have had a different view.
What software did you use to edit the footage ?
I do have a drone but weather lately has stopped me from flying, so I am learning how to use the Osmo 6, very slowly I might add

Hope all goes well with the OSMO 6.I am a Mac user so edit with Final Cut. To be honest the freebie for Mac users, iMovie , would have done exactly the same job with this one. I have tried DaVinci in the past and it seems fine but having been brainwashed by Apple I stick with them. Thanks for having a look at the Video - I do think the larger sensor does make a difference.

Do you mean it just works?

There is a lot to be said for the company that builds your hardware to also build the software for it.

On a Mac nothing comes close to FCPX for ease of use /speed or features.

I’m just starting to learn DaVinci, just recently moved from Mac back to PC. Not 100% sure I’ve made the right move though

I was given mine early, thus the selling of the Insta360 X3.
Mine is currently gracing the door of my X1C 3D Printer, it is great that I can turn the lens and zoom in and out to keep an eye on my prints, I also got the bundle, so will get to use it over Christmas while seeing the family

Exactly, which for incompetent people like me is a great help.

Well if all else fails you have a brilliant excuse to switch back in a couple of years.:+1:
