Try to keep out of TOAL’ing from Gunwharf territory as it’s private property, albeit with public access but you’ll soon attract the security. There’s some good TOAL locations I’ve used by the Still & West Pub and also the elevated wall in Old Portsmouth.

I went to to top of this tower many years ago, when I was wheelchair deoendant. I went across the glass panel in my wheelchair, trying to convince a man that is was totally safe to walk on lol.

I still haven’t been up to the viewing deck with the glass floor. Maybe this summer I will find the time and pop up. I’m told the glass can take the weight of two elephants so your friend is safe.
