It’s always nice to fly where we where in my back yard, but having a bunch of drones up there was great👍.
Just wish I’d not had as many beers on the Saturday watching the boxing and got up earlier🤣 And not have to get off so early, me anxiety starts playing up after a while, it is what it is though.

yup, thanks for organising the meet it was great as I managed to use 9 batteries (5 avata + 4 m3p) and got a lot of good FPV manual mode practice and used the m3p with the joystick and goggles and was shooting gaps with it etc… ok it’s no avata… but it’s still fun weaving in and out of tree trunk gaps etc
very tempted to get a DJI FPV …

Thanks for letting me try the MINI3 Pro with the goggles and Joystick Rob, it was awesome… Think an Avata has joined the larger cinematic drone on my Xmas list for this year, although not sure I have been good enough for santa to bring them both

not a problem at least you know the possibilities with the m3p
you could buy the avata combo and sell the avata bits to keep the goggles and joystick for use with an m3p
(if you do do that I may be looking for a second avata at that time which I’d like to maybe modify with a different frame and kv motors)… ahhh too many options once bitten by the bug

Hang on, I never said anything about not flying the Avata too 
… If I get one - that should be ‘when’ but hubby is on this forum now - then I will be keeping the Avata as well as the MINI3 Pro and whatever other larger cineatic drone I end up with be it Mavic3 Pro or Air 3 - hopefully sooner rather than later…
Be careful Argo’s are selling with the older Motion Controller that won’t work with the Mini 3

Yeah, but let me win the next Air3 first… I need a larger photographic drone for the winds in Skye and Lewis on our next trip first, then I can be seduced the dark side of FPV…!
No. Its ok though. I’ll build a better one for the purpose it was designed for. The search area is just too big. It’s likely water damaged now so the parts on it will be broken / unreliable.

Wondering if that section of roof has been removed or collapsed, it was in situ when I visited in February albeit in a poor condition.
Would make some very nice, expensive apartments.
I would think it started colapsing so removed for safety reasons.
