This is Northampton’s lighthouse, built by Express lifts for testing high speed lifts, but now just used for abseiling down.
I cannot do a fly over as it is 417 feet high, but I did go up it the week after it opened, you can see the Saints rugby ground and the large lake, as well as surrounding buildings.

Because (without permission from the owner) it’s 17 feet higher than you’re allowed to fly:
400 m is the max height
