I just saw the other post from @Dusty . I’m getting a slightly different problem. I shot 3 videos this morning, Two of them are fine and show a thumbnail in Mac finder and importing into FCPX. The third doesn’t have a thumbnail, just an MP4 icon. Its .SRT file is there. The only difference is the third one is just over 2.5 Gb, 2.55 in fact. The others are smaller. I’ve tried opening it in VLC and QuickTime with no luck. Is there a file size limit? Any ideas?
Have you tried using Go4 to download it to your device in full res?
That has been known to work.
Didn’t think of that. I’ll give it a go. Thanks.
Mine was 3.03gb
It looks like it is downloading now, I’ve been able to watch it. But where is it downloading to?
Yeah, I’m sure I’ve done lots of files of that size before.
I know on Android it just appears in the gallery when complete.
If you’re iOS - you’ll need someone else to help. ![]()
I think you view it in Go4 and there’s a “copy to gallery” option. But not certain.
Thanks. It is Android so that should be straightforward. At least I know I haven’t lost it completely.

Yey! It worked. All nine minutes of it. Thanks for your help.
