Bank Holiday Monday - went for a ride along the Cloud Hill Trail near Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The Cloud Hill Trail is an old railway line that has been converted to a tar’d walk / cycle trail that goes all the way into the city of Derby ( not that I have every gone that far along it myself )
Took the Air3S along with me in quite a large backpack with some lunch to see what I could capture.
Took a fair few pano’s and photos with the drone and some video, but that was not the main objective of the ride out. I did find out to my disappointment that one location did want to fly in was in the EMA FRZ and after seeing how close the cargo planes were to my location I didn’t even bother with a call to the Air Ops team to see if anythough could be done as man them birds were way too close for my liking.
Any way with what little footage I did take, I have had a play around with templates and sound effects on DaVinci resolve - though for some reason I could not get keyframes to work as expected. More learning and videos to watch I think.
