Just tried chrome and firefox. Exactly the same on ios
I can zoom in and out and move around freely on my S25 Ultra using Chrome
just fired up Windows Laptop and they can be seen in all their glory!

Mine has been up there a couple of days and doesn’t have that “timer” annotation .. yet .. though it seems some more recent ones do. 
Strangely, too, although it was on there at 10:30 on 19th May, it’s annotated as only being published 1 day ago.
I’ll monitor …

On my phone, Pixel 9A, I can tap & view everyone’s 360s from the main page most recent, viewed etc.
When I go to my own 360s in my profile, manage posts, they’re non-clickable.
Ditto.
Also just noticed that none of the ones with the poster’s avatar have a countdown. Only those that appear to be kind of anonymous do.
I think you’ve answered the countdown question, it does indeed allow you to logout and still post 360. What a good idea to stop it being abused and filling with anonymous photos.

Potensic have got around to fixing a bug in their Eve app which creates the 360s so another 360 to add.
Tried to upload to panoee.live on the phone, the upload gets to 100% then faults with a page error. Strangely it uploads if I use the Gallery app but you can’t save a Gallery with just one 360.

As above there have been issues with iOS I have found uploading, especially using safari

I just don’t get panoee. I uploaded a 360 image but now it shows in my profile but I can only see a preview. There doesn’t seem to be a way that I can find to share a link to it.
Live or studio ?
