Autopano Giga gave me this (with some fiddling). It’s a spherical projection with the horizon flattened out.

Yes you’re right, I was wrong. I must have clicked on a dead link. I downloaded the app and tried it. It performs in a similar way to the Mesh tool in Affinity 2, as far as I can see. Thank you for that.
