Loved the video and surprised by the colouration contrast of the mines geology and surrounding landscape (top surface) - at the beginning I would have siad you were filming on the West side of the USA.

The Parys Mountain Copper mine dates back to the 18th century and is a major tourist attraction in North Wales. The landscape surface is quite contaminated with copper and other properties and has been used many times in the filming of science fiction films and TV shows.
