Hi can anyone help, my remote is asking me to sign in asking for username and password imputhis and sign in ‘network unavailable, check your internet connections’ message comes up so checked the wifi: connected and strength is excellent how do i get round this as its driving me mad

Have you tried turning off WiFi and trying with just your mobile data?
