A large lake beside the river Adur near Newhaven is a rather fine Sailing club with extensive facilities for all levels of sailors.
There is a good walk around the lake with views of the river, the south downs and the surrounding countryside
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 26/10/2025. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location. Landowner permission may be required before taking off.
