Pigeons nested in my plum tree 😬

Plum tree is usually well pruned early spring every year, however this year it got pruned late & pigeons have decided to take residence in my plum tree :frowning:
Can’t say I’m a lover of the things one bit, but the Gardner alerted me last month when sorting the garden out & after some research on Google I thought best keep my eye on them until they’ve effed off ! then when nest is empty get rid, I was going to set up a camera in the tree but my Attenborough skills failed !
Any ways here’s a few pics of them that I took on I phone 15 & ruined them in photoshop :joy:

July 7th

July 8th

July 9th

Now my maths ain’t great ā€œ but ā€œ if I’m not mistaken the nest started out with 3 eggs & now there’s 2 squabs & 3 eggs still

I’ll stick a Ā£20 note in tonight & hopefully it’ll be a Ā£100 by the weekend

Your common feral little fuckers yes, but not so wood pigeons, which this is

Feral fuckers don’t normally nest in trees

Tell that to the ā€œFeral Fuckersā€ round here Chris, have around a dozen or so nesting in a large tree in the garden behind me. All they do is bully the other birds off any food put down, make a racket and crap everywhere including over the garden furniture

Just wish it was legal to blow the fuckers heads off with my rifle.
