I tried a F1507 3800KV, it didn’t last long
I bought a T-Motor Pacer 2207 2550KV, looks promising but not treid it in anger
Currently running a ZING 2205 2300KV which is performing well and has good current/power trade off with my prop.
3S LiIon battery by the way.

I’ve also got a 3200KV version of the XING 2205 but it’s still in its box so I can’t comment on that.

Tri blades not generally a good idea on a wing :man_shrugging:

The reason is landing. They’ll work fine, but when landing a bi blade is a lot less likely to snag on the ground and rip the motor off. 3 or more blades… Hmmm

Well back together and seems to work fine had a little issue to start getting the GPS to lach on to out. But all seems good now :crossed_fingers:t3:.

I know it’s off topic but has anyone managed to link the phone to there goggles as to view the image ??..

That can take a while especially if been off for a while which is why I power from usb for a while

Would one of them gps mate’s work for this? I’ve got one that I’ve not used yet. May well add to mine

Yah you defo need a GPS I didn’t understand the implications of not having 1 until I flew mine…

Life saver mate don’t be tempted to fly with out one could cost you your wing :weary:

Yeah gps something id not fly a wing without.

What I mean is one of these Vifly GPS-Mate GPS Power Module /w Finder 2 Buzzer - Unmanned Tech Shop

Basically has a battery so that yon can pre warm the gps before a flight and between flights.

Means you don’t have to wait ages for a lock in theory

Yes a GPS mate has buzzer too which is nice. I personally not got one happy enuf connecting a USB power bank but they are great, another thing to break though probably as find the buzzer don’t last that long.

Just plug into USB if not got one 5 mins before you wanna fly
