Oh my home town. Some great shots there of Smeatons Tower, Tinside Lido Pool and Drakes Island in the back ground. You get some lovely views from up on the Hoe. I appreciate it more since i moved away. Also love Plymouth Barbican
Johnb78 I was also born in Plymouth and lived there until I was 18, I have lived all over the uk and am now retired in Sussex, but go back a few times each year to see family. I agree its a great spot to live and south Devon is great for all sorts of image making

I left Plymouth in 1983, but came back briefly to get married in the same church Francis Drake got married in near the Blue Monkey.
Great shots of the Hoe and the Sound, must get back there with my drone. I have to say the old place has changed a LOT over the years.

Ive been away from there for just over 19 years and agree it has changed a lot down there. I need to visit again sometime soon but sadly dont get down there as much as i would like.
Next i go down there i am hoping to take some drone shots like of the Hoe and that
