Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Llangollen Canal

Finally got round to editing a short video around the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Llangollen Canal from 3 September. DJI Air 2S and stills from Pixel 7 Pro.

Enjoyed that - well edited. Makes me want to book a canal holiday next summer.
Thanks for sharing.

Cheers Rod, could have done with more drone footage, and must remember to take video on the ground as well as stills! We did it as a family many years ago, so great to re-visit. Pretty expensive these days, and gets very busy. There are parts which are only single lane, and day trippers tend to block them up not being able to drive properly! Best out of the main season I would think. Cycling or walking the towpath is cheaper

I was there in 2016, lovely part of the world. And a lovely video :+1:

Nice sequence about 1.20 in with the sun catching the Chirk railway viaduct in the background.

Great video, The Pixel certainly takes good pictures, I have one myself, but never include them in my videos. Perhaps I should given the quality.

Thanks, it was great late light having only just cleared in time for sunset. I think that’s the viaduct north of Pentre, the Chirk viaduct and aqueduct is round the corner to the right. I did that a few days earlier on the bike.

Cheers, I use my Pixel 7 Pro more than my mirrorless system these days as they are great for quick snaps that don’t need Raws editing. Must take video with it too to combine with the drone video and stills.

Thanks, I use the free stuff available via YouTube, but you have to be selective!
