I was thinking about the defunct Pleasure Island, boating lake, Ice House (Grimsby) and the container ships (which I wasn’t sure about but someone else seemed to be)…anyway… I personally can’t do the Derby meet, but how about a meet in Cleethorpes in August? It can get busy by the coast, but the beach is a dream to fly on. Down by the Pleasure Island bit, it’s a little quieter especially early morning… 4th, 11th, 18th are my starters for 10. Maybe up to the Humber Bridge too (about 45 mins from Clee)…
