So lost my drone up a large tree, could not get it down. Made a loss claim but waited a couple of weeks just in case. They locked the drone so no one could use it. W weeks later i get a call as someone found it on the floor and had my number on the drone. Messaged potensic and they unlocked the drone. Unfortunately the gimble was broken. Messaged them and sent the drone back and they sent out a brand new boxed drone. Excess was £35 instead of the £119 if i had lost it. Well worth the £70 for the insurance. Credit where credit is due
