Hi Putting together my first video using PP and drone, GoPro and phone images. I need the zoom tool to size the stills to fill the frame but can’t find the ‘Effects and Transitions’ panel mentioned in the help and you tube.
Can anyone help please?

Just right click on the clip(s) and select ‘Set to Frame Size’.
This is will match the clip(s), regardless of their size to the size of the sequence.
E.g. you can drag in 5 x 1080P images into a 4K sequence, then apply this option, and they will all be automatically resized to 4K instantly.

I’d still like to k is where the ‘Effects and transitions’ panel is if you can help.

Try reset the panels, maybe you have closed it by mistake ?
Which version do you have of PP?
Below is 2021 …
As you will see, once you select the ‘Effects’ tab from the top middle of the screen …
… the ‘Effects’ section on the right, which includes ‘Transitions’.
I have this version which is online.
This is my top bar which is different to yours….
But I have found this over on the right side, I had to reduce the picture panel to open it. Still no zoom though.
