Problem connecting Neo 2 to Goggles 3

I am trying, in vain, to connect my Goggles 3 to a Neo 2. I have no problems connecting Goggles N3 to Neo 2. Goggles 3 connect to Avata 2 and Neo 1. All firmware brought up to date and the Status page in the Goggles 3 tells me I have switched successfully to Neo 2 but the sub-text says No Connection. No video in the Goggles 3 from the Neo 2. In the DJI Fly app when I try to reinstall any updates, which I have already done, I am told to “Connect to device” What device— goggles, Neo 2, controller or RC-N3 by wi-fi or cable? Tried 'em all but no joy.

Normally when things like this happen, the best thing to do is always make sure both are fully updated to the latest firmware, Had a similar issue with the RC Pro 2 and my Air 3S, I had to update the Air 3S and Rc Pro 2 before they would talk to each other

I had the same issue. It seemed like the firmware had to be updated in everything, then restart everything and then recheck all the firmware, including the transceiver. It did start working and it is sooo cool!
Good luck with that.

Thanks. After a lot of messing and re-updating all devices which were already showing “up to date” it all burst into life. Cheers.
