Radcot Lock & Weir - Added to Rivers and Canals in South East

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission not required.

There is a car park in-between the bridges at The Swan pub hotel ///costumed.gathering.overjoyed from where there is a gate directly on to the Thames path. Car parking is free most of the time but they do apparently charge a nominal fee during the summer when it gets busy (don't know how much this is but likely only a couple of £). A walk east along the path for 1.2km will get you to Radcot lock & weir ///costumed.gathering.overjoyed . TOAL can be from anywhere in the fields adjacent to the south bank of the river as they are not fenced off from the path.
If you are looking to make a walk of it then another 2.9km east will take you on past Old Man's Bridge and on to Rushey lock & weir ///sedative.compress.others . I have not flown Rushey yet but be aware there is a camp site there so could be busy during the hotter months.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 28/03/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

I want to fly here @MasterYeti, have you got any other tips or advice?

Keep your eyes open and be alert if you are low level, there are plenty of trees close to get yourself snagged on
