I’m planning A flight for my MAVIC pro using Litchi and I can see a radio mast it’s not a radio broadcast company, just United Utilities to contact their crews.
Would I get signal interference and at what distance from the mast would the control be affected?
Once the Litchi mission is running, it’s not using any connection to fly the mission. All the info has been uploaded to the drone, so control cannot be affected.
Remember - Litchi is designed for flights that are way beyond connectivity, let alone LOS.
You can always prove this to yourself by switching the RC off mid mission.

Yes, as stated, the mission is sent to the drone at the start of misdion and then it flies autonomously. However, it does use its own GPS to know where it is to actuallly perform the mission, so as long as there is no interference to the GPS signal it should be ok.
I haven’t heard of radio masts affecting GPS but I am open minded, so do let us know how you get on.
