I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:
Land owner permission not required.
Park at the end of the promenade in Old Colwyn and wander along coast path (about 10 minutes), or on the beach in Llanddulas and walk (about 20 minutes)
This is an active jetty and limestone quarry so good timing could get quarry boats loading, as well as the coastal defences protecting the A55 and railway
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 29/04/2023. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

I want to fly here @LordEdam, but there are no parking or take off and landing markers. Would you be able to add some to the map please?

I get the parking/launching spots are a useful feature, but you’ve already got a map showing the locality. It isn’t difficult!

Nor is is difficult to add them. And, as an added bonus, it prevent future requests for the locations being posted.

No need to apologise. It’s automatically generated when you add a location to your wish-list that doesn’t have the (relatively recently introduced) parkin and TOAL markers.
When adding locations to your wish list there is an option to not post the info request if you wish.

Maybe the marker request shouldn’t be an automatic option, but something people need to select themselves if they’re struggling. A lot of the old locations do have suitable descriptions of where to park/launch.
As for “it isn’t difficult to add them” - updating drone scene isn’t easy on small screens. You’ve tried to zoom in the map, accidentally zoomed the whole page so lose the outer frames and can only see the map, then when you manage to get it back to a usable state you have to scroll all round the place trying to find the save button. All to give information that’s already available in the original location page anyway.
