“New” member from the Philadelphia, PA USA area (actually returned after a short period of participating and then a long absence).
I joined back in 2024 before a trip to Scotland, where I ended up flying my drone in some really nice spots, many of which I found from joining this group.
Then for a variety of reasons (mostly personal), shortly after I joined, I dropped off the map.
Drawn back here because even after everything, I am still flying and still loving it! Added a 5 Pro Mini to my inventory, and after getting better at photography, will be spending time learning better videogrpahy, which I am not quite good at yet. And I loce seeing all the good work done by the members here and learning from them.
Also because I saw one of the messages in my inbox was someone asking me to help him get propellers from the US…back in 2024!
A shame because I absolutely would have done that. I’ve had people in other countries, as far away as Australia, do that for me after just knowing me on the Web!
So if that kind of thing comes up again, I will be here if I can be!
