I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:
The Clyde's newest (at the time of posting) bridge links Renfrew and Yoker. It opened on May 9th, 2025.
It is very much in Glasgow Airport's FRZ, but I didn't have any difficulty getting permission via the NATS portal.
I parked in a nearby industrial estate, but if you can't park there expect a short (~10 minute) walk as most nearby roads are double-yellow lines.
The originator declared that this location was inside a flight restriction zone at the time of being flown. Permission to fly was obtained from Glasgow Airport ATC. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location. Landowner permission may be required before taking off.
