Browsing the forum I was surprised, when I came across a three year old post headlined, “Newbie from Rutland” (or something similar) how many local(ish) members extended welcomes and offered advice, and I haven’t met any of you yet although it seems there are quite a few of us.
If anyone is interested I suggest an initial visit to one of the several cafes dotted around Rutland Water for an initial meet and greet with tea and cake? Flying is restricted due to the profusion of wildlife but I’m hoping there are suitable TOAL locations in a Grantham - Stamford - Oakham triangle we could visit.
